Yellow-rumped Warbler

I was inspired to return to Huntley Meadows today after seeing some fabulous wildlife photos taken there a couple of days ago by fellow blipper photomatt.  Osuzanna and I went together this morning, dressed for yet another damp and chilly day.  We definitely did not have the warm, sunny weather Matt had enjoyed.  The birds must have felt the same way, because they were few and far between.  The water level was very high after a heavy rainstorm.  This little warbler was hopping among the dead branches in a flooded area.  I don't believe I have ever gotten a photo of one before.  It was fun to be out there, but I sure am looking forward to sun and warmer temperatures.
