Dunnock

First Tai Chi class this afternoon - surprisingly relaxing, and the 90-minute session passed remarkably quickly.

We walked around the Common early this evening. The sun had just dropped below the hills, and it felt quite chilly in the wind. Delighted to spot three red squirrels - the first we've seen there since February. This little dunnock was perched near one of the feeders, and didn't seem at all bothered by our presence. We decided to walk up the hill and on to Brown's Law - lovely to go out in to the sun as we reached the top of the woods (extra), though the wind was quite fierce. A lovely short walk to the end of the Humbleton path and back down to the Common.
