Daffodils in the churchyard

Daffodils and a flowering currant too. Beginning to look more Spring-like, though there are no trees in leaf yet in our neck of the woods.

Spent almost the entire day sorting out the huge wardrobe in our bedroom. It's now sparkling clean, inside and out and,  for the first time since we moved in to the flat, the sliding doors are properly back on their runners. Clothes and everything else sorted out (it is a huge wardrobe, and was full of all sorts of junk!), and there are piles of stuff ready to go to a car boot sale/charity. It was quite a cathartic activity!

Off to a JC's in the evening for a "bite to eat", but first JC and MrM practised a few jazz numbers. The "bite to eat" turned out to be an amazing and delicious four-course meal with wine (though I abstained on the cheese course - three courses were more than ample!), and was followed by "just a few more tunes". After midnight by the time we eventually rolled home...
