Job

As in the patience of Job.  That's what it needs to get an image of these delightful little birds - the Eastern Spine Bill. 

They are the closet thing we have to a humming bird, but they are very difficult to get out into the open.

I am lucky that these salvias are late flowering, because they are perfect for all the small birds we are seeing at the moment.
