Ten Poems to Last a Lifetime

I received this beautiful book of poetry from a very good friend, along with this gorgeous Peruvian alpaca shawl (from her trip last November) for my 55th birthday. Tonight i curled up with these and my kitty and had a lovely, relaxing, soul-nourishing evening. After the last few very busy weeks this was so welcome. I slipped in to bed early and fell asleep quickly. A totally restorative evening focussing on mind, body & soul....ommmm
