First Tulips

Isn't it amazing what a bit of sunshine and warmth can do to a garden?  Suddenly, plants are blooming all over the place where there was nothing showing a few days ago. 

These are the first tulips to open in the garden and they are in one of my many pots.  Others are not far behind and the daffodils have gone mad!  Extra shows the whole pot.

Great news on the house front today - the Missives are completed!  For non-Scottish people that means the Contract has been signed and both parties are now committed to the sale/purchase.  Huge relief all round, as anything can happen at the eleventh hour!  Now I can hit the shops:-)
