Camera Strip Down Finale

This is positively the final shot of my strip down of my defunct Canon D6. I thought it would be a good idea to do an overview of all the camera parts just to show the camera is greater than the sum of its parts.Towards the front are the keys elements of any digital sir camera - the sensor, the shutter mechanism, the eyepiece, the mirror and the pentaprism and around are all the body parts including several circuit boards and numerous screws which hold the body parts together. It's amazing that it all fits together to be something that you can hold in one hand.
