I began my day by waking my brother up with a Happy Birthday phone call. He's a long distance truck driver and I never know where he is.  Of course he was in another time zone, so it was a couple of hours earlier where he was.  Oops. (Nope, I'm not really sorry)  It's his big 60 today.

I am currently doing laundry (bed linens) and will then be getting ready to attend a funeral this afternoon.  

A friend's 28 year old son went out on the evening of Wed the 11th and didn't come home.  On the 13th, they filed a missing person's report.  On the 15th, his body was found in Greenfield Lake.  What a horrendous time for this family.
