Sunny start; but still a chill as we headed up to Spartans; Alex still needs focus; Tom lacks a little energy but good, mainly. 

Then home, lunch and out on the bikes; called into Craigleith on the way to town to meet her.

We dropped off food and then sat in the sun whilst the boys kicked a ball about.
Home around tea time; they watched the FA Cup semi final whilst I cooked a macaroni cheese type thing 
Another 25 km to add to the week's total on the bike.
