Dolls...circa 1920-1959

The china doll in the thumbnail was my mother's from1920.  My Shirley Temple doll is from 1959 (see her in extra).  I played with her a lot but as you can see I preserved her well!  The center doll in the photo is my Betsy Wetsy. from about 1956.  To the right is my very sophisticated "Jan" doll that I got in 1958.  All of her clothes are made by Vogue and are quite fab.  I may have to feature her at another time.  The woven doll with blonde hair dressed in turquoise was made by a friend in 2014 and is meant to look like me.  Fellow blipper NannaK has featured an old doll many times and I've enjoyed her photos.  So I dug mine out to look at them.  :-)
