Wound up in Wexford

Kererū

Back blipped on 24th April.

We were up early, for the 6.20 flight to Wellington.  After collecting our baggage and our hire car, we decided that Zealandia had to be our priority.  We thoroughly enjoyed our visit, and are full of admiration for their vision.

The quote at the entrance says it all "The future can no longer be "What is going to happen?".  It is "What are we going to do?"".  Attributed to Henri Bergson.  The information at the beginning speaks of a 500 year vision.

In addition to Kererū, which are not particularly rare, we saw saddlebacks, North Island robin (see 1st extra), whiteheads, kaka (2nd extra), tuatara (3rd extra), takahe (4th extra), and tui.  And much more.

We then drove to our current lodgings in Masterton, and fell into bed really early!
