Woodland Wander

I went seeking Bluebells - instead I found Wild Garlic, a carpet of Celandines, clusters of Cowslips and a few wild anenomes! I also collected lots of little fir cones on twigs!  It was so peaceful - I found a lovely natural seat on a tree and did my meditation! On my way back to the road I discovered a great piece of broken blue crockery and these great steps!
I took a break from the allotment until it was time to put the girls to bed, and instead potted up my Dahlias and Spider Lilies. 16 pots later I had run out of soil! 2 huge tubers to go and the rest I decided to plant on the allotment! Once the daffs and tulips are over I will have the space for them, but at the moment Milkshake has lost her seat on the gazebo!
