Riding the Gravy Train (or Tiny Tuesday - Travel)

This is the window of the local butcher’s shop in Sheringham, one of the towns where the North Norfolk Steam Railway has a beautiful old station. 
I would imagine that it must be one of the few butcher’s windows where there is a model railway laid out along the front of the display.
Today, the freight car was transporting a sausage…perhaps on its way to ‘Bangor’?
