This morning i had a procedure to drain the seroma and send the fluid for culture. Time is going slowly - it is different when one is feeling well. I had a visit from a young friend
who lives in Vienna this afternoon. She thoughtfully brought some playing cards which whittled some time away. After dinner i went for a walk around the hospital complex. It is an interesting set up built in the 1880‘s with separate pavilions for each speciality. The outpatient clinic and the wards are housed in each building Further buildings, including the plastic surgery pavillion were added in 1959. the photo shows the modern construction for the helicopter landing pad
