Poppy

Or rather it will be a poppy flower in a couple of days.  At the moment it looks like a weird alien insect.

Not that I've seen any weird alien insects.  Or normal alien insects.

Illness and back spasms continue to blight my days.  I should not have tried to go shopping.  That just hurt a lot.  And getting in and out of the car was no joke either.
