Sea, ice-cream, and fish supper.

I took what I thought was anti anxiety medication last night. Turns out one of the side effects of this anti-depressant is anxiety. Also nightmares, agitation, anger, suicidal thoughts.. Suffice it to say won't be taking it again. Rather be happy and sleep deprived than Mrs Angry!!

Went for my MUGA heart scan this morning. I was told it was relaxing, it really is, actually dosed off!

Lovely walk on the beach tonight. Fish and chips plus ice-cream. Luscious. Even though it was only 7 degrees!
