Peeping through the undergrowth

A good day!

MrM drove to Moffat, to deliver the recently finished  guitar to its new owner - a young lady whom he used to teach. She's now a musician touring with her own punk rock band.

For me, the first session with the Silver Singers in Wooler - great fun, but four-part harmony is something of a challenge for a non-musician! Looking forward to next week though.
Home to tackle a few chores, but not as many as intended - such a lovely day that I decided to walk up to the Common. Glorious - lots of wild flowers, including the wild violets peeping through the undergrowth on the edge of the wood and, in parts, the air was filled with the heady scent of cherry blossom (extra) and the coconut aroma of gorse. Arrived back at the flat just as MrM was parking the car after his trip...
