Cherry Blossom Time.

Our little old cherry tree has once again flowered. It is now almost 30 years old and has needed some serious pruning to remove some dead branches. None the less, those pink blossoms are a reminder that Spring is here - despite the awful weather.
We needed to take little Rona to the emergency vet first thing this morning. She started wheezing and coughing last night, very similar to the attack she had way back in February. We have known for a good while about Rona's heart murmur but it seems that she is now developing heart failure. That said, the vet seems confident that regular medication will sort her out. Fingers crossed but we are still quite concerned.
