As far as the eye can see...

...daffodils - on the 'Marie Curie Cancer Care Field of Hope' on Wooler Common.

Fortunately we hadn't intended to go far today - went out to collect something from the car this morning, and discovered that it has a very flat as a pancake tyre. And our pump is at the caravan, just beyond sensible walking distance!

A productive day - account form templates finished, guitar photo editing started, big pan of soup made, roast dinner cooked. Meanwhile, MrM continued with the woodwork in the 'Music room'. After that, in need of fresh air and exercise, we walked up to the Common - decidedly chilly for the time of year, but good to be out. No red squirrels or owls to be seen, but there were lots of rabbits and several partridges in the fields, a huge hare on the track, and a beautiful roe deer grazing on the common. Walked back down the hill as the almost-full moon rose.
