ITTD

Accidently, we are having a games weekend on International Tabletop Day.

ITTD is a thing driven by the US company Geek & Sundry and is home to the youtube channel 'TableTop' with host Wil Wheaton (the irritating Wesley Crusher in Star Trek:TNG).  It's all a bit overhyped and over here, but does provide an excuse to play some games.  When you notice the date, that is.

A couple of gaming guests (indeed Mark & Ben, the driving force behind the very successful Airecon boardgame convention up north) had decided to visit this weekend and we got some local gamer friends round to.  We subsequently realised it was ITTD.

The game pictured is AZUL which is a rather neat multiplayer abstract game.  It was my first play and reasonably happy with the result.
