Flowers

Continuing the purple theme for the week; these are some of the flowers from flower boxes around work. I was thinking today about colour, and particularly colour where you don't usually expect. For example, I noticed in the traffic lights, the green bicycle for those in the bicycle to go - we normally associate green with life, plants, but there is also a strong association with 'going' or 'compliant', or 'complete'.

Purple, as a far rarer colour, has had an association with royalty, although I'm unlikely to see any of them this week!
