Warmest house in Groningen

In the village of Rottum in Groningen, the smallest house in Groningen can be found. To support the people of Groningen who have to deal with induced earthquakes, caused by natural gas extraction, a project took place to keep the smallest house warm by covering it in a knitted blanket. The project was started by artist Agnes Bakker and lots of people participated by sending in their knitting. Now, as part of an exhibition together with the work of a designer and photographer, a replica of the house can be seen in UMCG hospital, covered in the knitted blanket.
