Two Faced

Instead of running up to St Joseph's Tea Rooms for a spot of lunch, Len drove Colin and me to the Ferrers Arts Centre, Staunton Harold. Just as well, since Colin had to collect a framed photo that we had left there for framing 3-4 weeks ago.

It looks super. Len was impressed.

We sat outside for coffee grateful that the temperature was mild enough and that the rain had stopped. House martins swooped continually over the square picking up insects for their young ensconced in mud nests built in the corners of windows overlooking the courtyard.

While the men visited the bakery I had this idea for a blip. A plaque maker's shop sits in one corner. Today's blip is a multi exposure of one of the masks laid over by another. I like these Green Men. Full of fecundity.

Delighted to have won first and third places in the print competition last night on the theme of Still Life. Also  a Highly Commended in the dpi section.
