Room with a view.

After lunch the sun came out for our drive up to the Dales.
Had a walk round Clapham. See extra shot of the bridge.
We walked round the village. Bought a hat each. (. See extra photo!) from a local shop which make sheepskin products, and sell all British made sweaters, hats, scarves etc.
Followed by tea and scones, then on to the Game Cock Inn, Austwick where we are staying tonight.

This is the view from our window.
A beautiful room and bathroom.
All newly refurbished last year.
I love the window seat,which is where I am sat at the moment.
The birds are singing, and I am looking out over the village and up to the hillside beyond, which is where we are walking tomorrow.
Meeting our walking club after we have had breakfast.

Also looking forward to our meal tonight, as it is French Night.

After all this food hope we can make it up that hill tomorrow!
