Green Veined White

A lovely sunny warm day so this morning once I was fully awake and ready to go for a walk I went and enjoyed a lovely walk along the river bank in search of a blip. 
It was so nice to be out in the sun with birds singing and plenty of butterflies on the wing.Most of the butterflies wouldn't sit still so it was hard to get any good clear shots. I did manage to get this shot of a Green Veined white sat on a buttercup. 
As promised I have included a selfie shot of me from last night with my Adam Ant stripe as an extra. A very enjoyable night was had with plenty of lager.
