Bath time

As soon as I had refilled the containers with fresh water, Tintin one of our two Chinese Geese, was in and out of them all giving himself a thorough wash.

It's been another very hot day and we decided against the planned visit to the bluebells woods on the North Downs Way which involved a very steep climb. We also refused some friends suggestion of a walk to Shoreham for the annual (plastic) duck race. Instead we worked hard in the garden allotment area clearing away a lot of accumulated rubbish. A job well done and now completed.
