Another Glorious Day

It was another glorious hot and sunny day today in the East - too hot for me to be out in it. This is a shot of some alpines in my garden taken with my macro lens, which was as much as I could manage as I've pulled a muscle / put my back out and have been told to rest. So no dawn chorus walk for me tomorrow unfortunately.
