A long tiring day at work. I’ve a lot to do by the end of the week, but maybe I might get there.

As I left, the evening light was dimming. By the time I got home it was setting.

When all the workers have gone home it feels different around the Civic. Along the roadway in front of the old town hall lots of people stood with their dogs - the open spaces and car parks are used for dog and puppy training on Thursday evenings. Much better behaved than one or two members of the public I’ve seen today. But that’s another story.
