After yesterday I have spent today feeling like I am in a whole different world.
Confused, disbelief, denial, scared.
I am a member of a mental health group on f/b and they have been helpful, trying to explain personality disorders. There are many, and all have different or overlapping traits and I can see myself in many.
I can't believe this is happening.

So, to distract me, I got the camera and the flowers out.
