Flower Friday ~ Cactus

I checked back through my photos, discovered that this cactus bloomed on 5/18 last year, but with only one blossom. It has been like this for about a week. I expect them to open any day now.

The rest and medicine have paid off. Today was the first time I could swallow without pain. Hooray! I think I can safely venture out now without fear of passing this on to anyone else.

I am grateful for all the well wishes I have received from all of you. This is such a great community.
