Rugged Up

As followers of Blackheath Blippers will be aware, winter has suddenly arrived here with a vengeance.
Not that it matters if you dress appropriately.

It was "Blackheath Day" with various activities by local schools and community groups. 
Fortunately most were held in the hall so there was a good crowd and I don't think anyone froze to death.

Extra is a lady with 2 dogs and 2 coffees.
