Fun in the sun

I had a lazy morning. I had a few options: a trip to Bury to see the Flying Scotsman, a walk up Rivington or a bike ride. I opted in the end for a bike ride in the sunshine. I only did just over seven miles but it was good. I am so enjoying being able to ride my bike again. It must be nearly two years since I had to stop cycling as it was too painful so I’m relishing every mile.

I would have gone further but I was meeting Sue for a little jaunt to the garden centre in Radcliffe. It was lovely to have a mooch, have a chat and a bite to eat in the sunshine. I even bought some sparkly shoes.
