Paint Doesn't Half Change a Room

About a week left at the house, and my wife says "what are we doing about the third bedroom and second bathroom". DOH. Hoping she'd forgotten about them.

Originally both were done in stark white and it was..hmm...horrible. Every mark on the wall could be seen from the end of the road, and it was just nasty.

So very quickly out came the "Cream in my Coffee" coloured paint and both rooms got painted rather quickly. And they are so much better for them. Even though it's a subtle colour it makes the rooms warm again, and both room needed that.

The unfortunate problem was that just as we finished today, my wife mentions the gap in the floor - which require quarter round to cover up. Hence the quarter round is white....gives it an interesting go faster stripe....
