Much needed smiles!

My grandchildren got in on the clean up in the yard today and had some fun too! It was nice to see them smiling and having fun. They also did a GREAT job picking up twigs and branches!! Poppy decided to give them a ride in the wheelbarrel and they enjoyed that a lot.
Everyone is starting to crave a routine again. It's hard even having our power back on because there is limited gas available and nowhere to go. Things are starting to slowly open up again so I'm hoping by the weekend maybe we can get out and about.
I have to say, even in the nights without power these two kids did really well. They loved having their own flashlights!! They entertained either other as well as us. I think we are starting to get a bit of cabin fever though and getting some fresh air today was a good thing as you can see by their smiles.
