Mono Monday - Impromptu

A day that unfolded at the usual grand-prix style speed and suddenly it's 6pm and there I am at the evening annual reception for trustees, teachers and staff at the glamorous restaurant "Sunset" in Etiler, (website here) with no photo for mono monday - potentially somewhat embarrassing as the current host for the challenge . So, armed with my phone in one hand and glass of wine in the other,  I started wandering about looking for an 'impromptu' moment, which came, much later and most unexpectedly both for him and for all of us, when after our buffet dinner, the chairman of the board of trustees was asked to make an (impromptu) speech to the gathered folk.  Phew. Thank you, Sir, for rescuing me from potential embarrassment and also for the eloquence and warmth of your words.
