Damselfly

This damselfly is a female ebony jewelwing, I believe.

Anticipating more thunderstorm activity here this evening. Yesterday's storms took out our phone and its accompanying DSL. Fortunately I have HughesNet satellite internet as well as the DSL - for precisely this sort of occasion. Of course, the satellite connection doesn't work when it's raining hard, but at least it came back afterwards. I think lightning was the culprit with the phone/DSL. A phone technician is due here tomorrow to try to fix it.
