Unlucky for Some

I have gone for the 'Aaaaah Factor' today so make the most of it because it won't happen often.

I was just leaving the loch when this newly hatched clutch of mallard ducklings caught my eye. I was immediately struck by how many there were bobbing about on the water. THIRTEEN of them! I can't see them all surviving so it really will be unlucky for some :-((

I didn't manage to capture them all in a single image but 10 of them are in the 'extra'.
