Feeding Time .... again!

There are a number of young coots in the Queens Park ponds. The parents are continually on the move searching for food for their very demanding youngsters.

Although the parents looks after their youngsters, right from the start goslings, ducklings and cygnets find their own food .... young coots just allow their parents to feed them and not just for a few days!

It's been another lovely day. After walking the dogs this morning I spent some time in the garden ... weeding the paths :-(  Then I walked down the the optician's to get my glasses tightened and finally a few steps further on to the Insurance office to renew my car insurance ... another :-(
