Silver and gold

Not so sunny today but still warm.
Last night we went to Perth to run up and down Kinnoull Hill on a beautiful evening (too lovely not to go). I didn't push it too hard so was pleased to be not much slower than last year and enjoyed it.
Today I did some more sorting of stuff in the bedrooms, cycled to the farmshop and back, went to the garden centre and did some gardening.
On the way back from the gardebn centre we had a phone call from son to see if we could look after the children for 2 days next week. They had other grandparents all lined up but Granny was ill with an infection and didn't want to pass it on, fortunately we can manage, the housework will have to wait a bit longer!
