Party In The City!

Parade Gardens, Bath

“Party in the City is an almighty celebration of FREE entertainment in central Bath... The streets, parks and venues in the city will be filled with sound of music so if you like acoustic, jazz, classical, choral, folk, world, indie or pop music come along... After dark, Queen Square, Parade Gardens and Brunel Square will be alive with music, local food and drink. Indoor events will take place in 34 venues, with 2,000+ performers and, historically, the evening has attracted more than 20,000 people to the city.” https://bathfestivals.org.uk/blog/party-in-the-city-18-may/

A fab evening in Bath, enjoying wonderful weather and a great party atmosphere, taking in six different musical acts dotted across the city. Torn between two photos from the evening, so have added an extra, showing the Bath Spa Band reflected in the waters of the torch-lit Roman Baths, where I ended my evening with a glass of Prosecco!

My extra also gives you a flavour of the evening, including my visit to the best UK fish and chip restaurant! So many sights and musical sounds...

(Struggling with poor internet connection this evening, will catch up with your journals tomorrow.)
