Pic of my good friend, Norm. 

He has lost loads of weight over the last few months and started taking more exercise... feel so proud of him. And he loves feeling fitter. He used to moan when I took off in "Flash Mode", as he calls it, and now he can keep up with me (almost) :-)

Today we went over to Heysham village, a place I really love. There is some sort of magic there. Then we went over to Middleton/Overton to find Sambo's Grave > this is a proper obsession now.

Managed to avoid both the wedding and football all day and saw 2 egrets while we tried to find the grave. Sometimes my weird tenacity rewards me in other ways.
