Kobe Matsuri

A day of parades, dancing, music and fine street food. The harbour was inexplicably filled with about 15 different bluegrass bands made up of gentlemen of a certain age. They and the appreciative audience seemed to have a good time.

The woofer and I enjoyed a picnic in the park whilst watching about 150 people in Disney t shirts queue to have their photo taken with a bear named Duffy.
