Pork chops with mustard cream sauce

I didn't get an outdoor blip today, so I took a photo of a new recipe I tried this evening - Pork chops with mustard cream sauce with roasted potato wedges - it was very good, and quite quick and easy to prepare - so definitely a keeper!
