Loch Tay

We had a great evening with a monster BBQ cooked to perfection by the young. After another enormous breakfast we all set off for a leisurely walk at Killin. This is the view looking eastwards from the western end of Loch Tay. The walk took us past some of the many beautiful trees for which Perthshire is rightly famous. There were yachts on the loch, anglers and a couple of hardy swimmers. Birds of prey soared overhead. It wasn't as sunny as yesterday, as you can see, but beautiful still.

Back to the holiday house and we're all changing out of walking gear to go for an early evening meal in the pub.

Sorry again for lack of interaction. No WiFi at all so blipping via my phone.
