Immobile Monday

I didn’t move much today as my ankle is doing a good impression of a purple grapefruit. I thought I’d got away with it but my shoe kept getting tighter and tighter through the day as it swelled up.

What a nuisance - best lay off any plodding for the next few days. Had to miss ringing practice too as it is precarious enough getting up the bell tower even when both feet are working!

It is not too painful though so no major damage and I reckon if I stay off it, then it should be right as rain in a few days.
