Now We Are Seven

The guys gifted us with a morning's work on the Land, heaping the olive cuttings into piles, and separating out useful firewood for the winter. Mike strimmed paths and under the clothesline, so maybe we'll get less grass seeds stuck in everything now, and it does look less wild.

I washed up and cooked and cleaned and washed clothes and hung them out and made arrangements by phone for the next days (for those who think that all I do is take photos...), and made up another bed in the pigsty for Stephen, who they've gone off to Évora to collect.

We washed up again, cooked some more, and prepared for the Bible study tonight, plus had a welcome nap. It will be a late night tonight - the Bible study begins at 21h, and then we're meeting the Padre in Morango Bar, where all the young people hang out.

Stuffy hot this morning, but now it's rained and cleared the air, really pleasant at the moment.
