Not only did mother duck keep her babies as far away from me as she could, she also did her best to stay in the area of deepest reflection so that I could really never be sure just how many babies I was counting.

I spent the morning in at work catching up on planning, marking, setting exams etc. Then thought I'd best go out to the Red Barn for a late lunch. I picked up Dumbledorian and she had a latte while she and her friends watched me eat.
