Flowers

These are on a display rack outside the back door. They catch the early morning sun and are protected from the frost. I can see them from my kitchen window.

Today I did some tidying up in the garden, that means putting away the tools I often leave scattered around as I ‘may need them tomorrow’..also covered the plants from frost ( -2.7 C here this morning) and discarded the cuttings that didn’t survive.

Bob and I went riding this morning and ended up at a local cafe where I had a pot of tea and toast. We saw some old friends we rode with about 15 years ago which was nice. We are all getting older and greyer but still having fun.
