What are we doing here?!

Mum and some of her fellows at the nursery home little after lunchtime and they asked me one by one "What are we doing here?!" Like mum some missed their specs and wondered who the hell is collecting them :) Some went out a little later to see a film in their theatre and I awaited with mum the councils' clerks who came for her application for her ID card. We were all surprised that mum managed to write her signature alright... different from her usual one but she got her initials and name correct on the paper!
After that I took her outdoors for a walk and a drink at the taverna ~ it's a hot day with 31°C what pleased ma as me too.
