Flag Iris

The reeds have grown and are surrounding the edge of the small pond in Queens Park. The flag irises are adding patches of yellow in among all the green.

Another very warm, but mostly sunless, day  ....   almost too warm in the sports hall for our game of badminton ..... oh to be young again when the heat doesn't seem to be such a problem!
